The Scenic Route creates personalized road trip plans designed just for youâthink custom itineraries, canât-miss stops, and thoughtful recommendations that match your vibe.
We are not a travel agency, and we donât directly book hotels, transportation, or tours unless clearly stated in writing and an add-on service is discussed and paid for.
2. Your Part in the Journey
To make your trip amazing, you agree to:
Fill out your âPre-Trip Pit Stopâ with honest, accurate info
Review your itinerary before hitting the road
Make final booking decisions (unless weâve agreed otherwise)
Youâre the driverâweâre just helping you find the best route!
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through HoneyBook
Payment is required before planning begins
Because your trip is custom-built just for you, all sales are final once work has started
If you cancel before planning begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion

The Scenic Route is not responsible for:
Accidents, injuries, or damages
Weather, road conditions, or closures
Vehicle issues
Experiences with third-party providers (hotels, tours, restaurants, etc.)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Scenic Route is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.

8. Changes & Cancellations
Once planning begins, services are non-refundable
Small tweaks may be included depending on your package
Bigger changes may require an additional fee
