When Sarah first told me about her solo road trips, I felt inspired by her braveness to go on an adventure on her own. It sparked a light inside me to give myself permission to do something JUST FOR ME. I chose a week on the Oregon Coast (my HAPPY PLACE). It was the first time I had put my own happiness ahead of my family and the trip ended up being the beginning of my own self-healing journey. This past February, I went even further and went to the Oregon Coast for a FULL MONTH- Alone! It was magical and I am so thankful for the inspiration and wisdom Sarah brought to my life to make myself a priority!
